A WELLINGTON RECORD Breaches of by-laws were dealt with by Messrs. 1. Salek and E. McKenzie. J.P.'s, in the Magistrate Court yesterday. Buriug the day close on 210 cases were put through. This establishes a record for one day in Wellington. . The majority, of < the prosecutions were for people tailing t to have lights on their vehicles at night. Prosecutions for speeding—the result ot a number of- traps set iu various parts of the city—accounted for a good number of hues.
