HIGH COMMISSIONER
MAY BE SENT TO CANADA BY BRITAIN
Vancouver, January 9. The appointment of a British High Commissioner to Canada, whose duties will be similar to those of the Canadian Commissioner in London, may follow discussions with the Canadian Premier, Mr Mackenzie King. Mr. Amery announced that his secretary had no information as to a London report of a new immigration scheme to settle disbanded soldiers in the Canadian West after agricultural training was provided.—A.P.A, and f'Sun,’-’
