Anti-cyclone still over New Zealand and the Tasman Sea. Light to moderate variable winds north of New _ Plymouth and Napier, with south-east to easterlies prevailing; elsewhere moderate north-westerly winds, freshening somewhat, more especially in Cook and Foveaux Straits. Still fair to fine and warm weather, but clouding over later in Westland; scattered showers about Foveaux Straits.
