MASTERTON COMPANY Mastertou. January 7. At the monthly meeting to-day of the Mastertou Dairv Company it was reported that the local sales tor December had been £2084 18s. 3d. Jhe number of 1 boxes in store was 3191, and it was estimated that these, on the advance of Is. 2d., would bring £10,423 18s. Bd. The estimated working credit balance of the company was £4910 11s. lOd. In December 205,1401 b. of butterfat had been supplied, an increase of 30,4831 b. over the corresponding period last year. The total supplies to date for the season were 637,0451 b., an increase of 94,2381 b. over the previous year’s period, or 17J per cent. It was decided that the pay-out for December be fixed at Is. 2d., which would absorb £12,000. Tn this connection it was considered advisable to build up funds for the purpose of bonuses during the winter.
