CONCERT TO MADAME GITTA ALPAR. The box plan is now open at the Bristol for a concert to be tendered Madame Gitta Alpar next Thursday. The concert will be held at the Town Hall, and Mr, R. W. Shallcrass is the lion, secretary. QUEEN’S THEATRE. "The Claw.” a Universal screen version of Cynthia Stockley’s novel, featuring Claire Windsor. Norman Kerry. aud Arthur Edmund Carew, is the feature now screening at the Queen’s Theatre. Mrs. Stockley has woven a powerful theme around the lives of a beautiful English girl, and English army officer, and the scion of a noble English family, who are transplanted from London to the African veldt. Tho last of the popular "Collegians” series, a gazette, scenic, and comedy are also screened, and capital incidental oniaio is supplied by the orchestra.
