PETITION IN BANKRUPTCY
Palmerston North, October 5
With’ debts owing to unsecured creditors amounting to £7O 4s. 6d., as well as two amounts at present unknown, Augustus Cotlington, labourer, of Palmerston North, has filed a petition in bankruptcy. His sole assets are various items of furniture valued at £25. His principal unsecured creditor is the Palmerston North Hospital Board, to which he owes £22 Jis. A meeting of creditors will be held shortly.
