RETURNED SOLDIERS
NEW ZEALAND MOUNTED DIVISION REUNION.
Memories of the Great War were renewed and incidents associated with life among the troops in the field were revived when members of the New Zealand Mounted Division living in M el--lington held a reunion at the Returned Soldiers’ Club rooms, last night. JThero was an attendance of close on a 150, including representatives, from other branches of the service, that were connected with the Expeditionary. Forces. A number of toasts were enthusiastically honoured, while an entertaining programme of musical items was enjoyed. Colonel E. J. Hulbert, D. 5.0., presidPd The toast of ‘’The New Zealand Division” was proposed by Major A. Al. Samuel. M.P.. who said that each and every one of them were proud to be members of such a unit. there he said “the best feeling of goodwill and comradeship existing among the men of the division. Lient.-Col. K. l. Emit replied. ■ ■■ - The toast of “Parliament was pronoseu by Colonel Hall who mentioned i", Wailomo, replied.
