ATTENDANCES AFFECTED BY DEPRESSION. London, October 25. The “Athletic News” says: “The industrial depression has affected the attendances at the New Zealand League team’s matches, and the receipts are not likely to approach that of the 192122 Australian tourists, amounting to £38,000, of which the tourists’ share was £2l, One-third of the present tour is now completed, and the receipts total only £8741. The gate money on Saturday was £1135, the highest so far for any' club match. —Sydney “Sun Cable.
