OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNEY TO-DAY GREAT ARRAY OF TALENT The annual battle to decide who shall bo acclaimed as the champion golfer of the Dominion for the 1926 season will commence on the Miramar links this morning, the open championship being the opening event in the New Zealand Golf Association’s annual tourn iment. lu addition to tho leading players Horn every province in the Dominion, the field has been increased this tear by tho presence of the amateur champion of New South Wales (Hector Morrison), and liis participation will enable a line to be drawn on Australian and New Zealand form.
