WINTER SHOW BUILDINGS
COMMITTEE AFTER JAM TIN GULLY. The finance committee of the City Council reported last evening that it had received a deputation from the Winter Show Association in connection with the acquisition of thexnow reclaimed Jam Tin Gullv (Hutcheson Road), as a site for a permanent winter show building. The proposed plans submitted showed a sketch of an extensive one-storied building with a tower over a central main entrance, reached on foot by a broad flight of steps, and served by a ■railed loop for motors, with a sloping 1 ank of grown turf between the upper and lower parts of the drive.
