BUILDING PROGRAMME launched Paris, July 6The Chamber of Deputies has approved of a Bill providing for laying down bv Tune 30, 1927. at an estimated cost of 11,000,000 gold francs, one cruiser, three destroyers, fout torpedo boats, one submarine cruiser, five firstclass submarines, and several minor craft. This is part of a general building programme over a period of years —Aust, and N.Z Cable.
