CHATHAM CUP FINAL. One of the most important events of the year will be provided for Soccer enthusiasts this afternoon at the Basin Reserve, when the local final of the Chatham Cup will be played between V. (last year’s winners), and Hospital. The last meeting between these teams resulted in a win for Hospital by >hrcc goals to nil. but Y.M.C.A. in the last few weeks have shown decided improvement in team work Hospital always play good fcotba.ll. so followers of the game are looking forward to a stirring cup final. On No. 2 ground Thistle will meet Diamonds. and this also should be a keen contest. Early arrivals will have much to interest them in the curtain-raisers between Seatoun and Marist (N.I A, and Ht. Peter's and Stop Out. in Hie sixth and fifth divisions respectively. At Association Park Seatoun meet South Wellington (first B division), and Marist ptay Swifts (second A division).
