TO RESUME IN WELLINGTON NEXT WEEK. Br TuLEGßApn.— PbEss Association. Christchurch, July 8 : Tho Christchurch sessions of the Native Appellate Court ended to-day. On Saturday night Judges C. E. Mac Cormack and J. W. Browne will leave for Wellington, where the sessions will be resumed on Monday. Tho Court gave its reserved decision in a caso in which Hine McDonnell and others appealed against a decision given at Wellington on May 16, 1923, on ascertainment of beneficial owners. ,Tho Court upheld the appeal, and deeided to refer tho matter back to the Native Land Committee for hearing. The amount Wged by appellants as security for costs was ordered to be paid to respondents to cover expenses. Other reserved decisions affecting the Ngaitahu claims will be. given at a later date.
