The first weekly meeting of the Manawatu Rugby Referees’ ■ Association was held to-night, Mr. C. W. White presidA report on the proceedings of the annual conference ami meeting at Diineidin was aubmitted by Mir. L. W. Low (secretary of the association), who went south at Easter to represent Manawatu. i , It was reported that the decision of the annual general meeting, with reference to the value of reports of incidents where players had been ordered off, had been sent to the Rugby Union.
