AUSTRALIA’S MIGRATION OFFERING. Australia is advertising for “farm learners” in England. The fares (pavable after arrival, if necessary), are £5 10s. for boys under 17 years and £ll for youths between 17 and 19 years. The minimum wage offered is 15s. a week and keep with periodical advances according to ability. t7 ri»e training on Government farms will be given to a number of boys on arrival. The announcement concludes: “Certain prospects of becoming independent farmers await all work-willing lads who save their wages.”
