SOUTH AFRICAN INVITATION TO DOMINION. Cape Town, March 26. The South African Rugby Football Board has decided to invite New Zealand to send a team to tour South Africa in 1928. —Reuter. In the inter-services Rugby tournament, the Army beat the Air Force by 11 points to nil, thus winning the championship.—Reuter. A Press Association message from Dunedin states that at the annual meeting of the Otago Rugby Football Union on Saturday night, Mr. D. M. Stuart was elected president for the ensuing year.
