Jordan, in the mile championship, clipped 9 2-ssec. oft his. own record made in 1924, completing the journey in Amin. 37 4-sscc. G. Cabot reduced the mile, walk record by 25sec., his time being 6min. 46 3-ssec. lii the hop, step, and jump. Stevenson added. 21in. to his previous record, by covering 42it. sJin. Another record lowcied was the three-mile, which L. Douglas won in 16min. 13 l-ssec. or 2 4-ssec. faster than tha previous record,
