BOY BEFORE COURT TWICE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Ashburton, March 26. A hoy of 14, one of several who recently received birchings for thefts, was again before the Court to-day. charged with stealing chocolate from a shop, and was sent to the Weraroa Training Farm. The magistrate remarked that it was somewhat unusual for a boy who had just been birched to come up again on a similar charge.
