LICENSING COMMITTEE ELECTIONS
SUPPLEMENTARY ROLLS CLOSED.
The supplementary rolls for the triennial elections of licensing committees throughout the Dominion closed yesterday. The law requires that the elections shall take place on the second Tuesday in March in the vear following a General Election, so that the date this vear will be March 9. Nominations will close on February 27. Five candidates are required to be elected for each licensing district, of which there are 57 in New Zealand.
