TWO PETITIONS FOR HEARING By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, February 12. Mr. Justice Stringer will preside at the criminal session at Hamilton on February 23. He will then proceed to Westport, where he and Mr. Justice Ostler will preside over the Electoral Court, which will sit on March 8, to hear 'the petition of Mr. O’Brien against the return of Mr. Seddon for the Westland electorate. The same Judges will sit at Christchurch on March 12 to .deal with the petition of Mr. McCombs against the election of Mr. Lyons for Lyttelton.
