IN DIVORCE
UNDEFENDED CASES. Yesterday’s sittings in divorce in the Supreme Court were presided over by His Honour Mr. Justice Ostler, when decrees nisi, to be made absolute at the end of three months, were granted in. the following cases Thomasine Casey (Mr. N. A. Foden), who petitioned for a divorce from Thomas Casev on the ground of separation since 1907, said Hie separation was brought about by the drinking habits of her husband. James Melville Owler (Mr. P. J. O’Regan), whose wife, Alary Tasker Owler, had not returned from a visit (ostensibly to her relations in .Christchurch), nor answered his letters,’was also granted a decree nisi.
