FOOT OF SNOW IN NEW YORK 12 DEATHS REPORTED (Rec. February 11, 5.5 p.m.) New York, February 10. The second blizzard within a week has swept the Mil-Western and North Atlantic States. Another foot of snow has fallen in New York, and the fall is not finished yet All transportation is delayed, and s ome entirely suspended. ..While the temperature is below zero in New England and Northern New York, with increased suffering, the winds attained a fifty-mile velocity.
