ELDERLY WOMEN FOUND DEAD
Br Telegraph—Ph ess Association. Auckland, January 20. Two elderly women died suddenly yesterday. Helen Simpson, aged 72, of Ponsonby, was found dead in her home at 6 o’clock in the evening. She was in her usual good health in the morning, but when her daughter returned sho found her dead on the floor. Eliza Titchener, aged 78, was found dead in bed. The family had been away camping for some days. It is supposed she died in her sleep.
