CHARGE OF THEFT
Palmerston North, January 20. Percy Bartholomew Lamb, aged 40 years described as a labourer, appeared before Mr. A. J. Graham, J .P., at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, charged with stealing, on January 19, at 4 almerston North, £1 165., the propeity of James Cook Young. On the application ot Sergeant Power accused was remanded to_ appear on Monday, the police requiring to make certain inquiries.
