NEW ELECTORAL LAW. (Rec. November 19, 9.55 p.m.) Cairo, November 18. A communique warns deputies that they ceased to have any representative character when Parliament was dissolved on March 25. and adds that a new electoral law will be promulgated when the elections rendered necessary by the decree of March 25 arc held.— Reuter.
MEETING OF DEPUTIES FORBIDDEN. (Rec. November 19, 7.20 p.m.) Cairo, November 18. The Government has issued a warning that it will forcibly prevent the meeting at Parliament House or elsewhere of' deputies who intended, to hold a meeting of Parliament outside the Parliament Building on November 21.
