COUNT PROGRESSING SLOWLY THEODORE IN A MINORITY Sydney, November 19. The election count is progressing slowlv, the only alteration being that Mr. E. G. Theodore is now in a minority for the Herbert seat. The Cabinet will hold its first meeting on Tuesday next.—Press Assn. MANY INFORMAL VOTES
(Rec. November 20, 0.55 a.m.) Sydney, November 19. The election figures show little change. Mr. Theodore’s position is steadily dropping The polling of informal votes was heavy. To date in the House of Representatives election there have been 18,058 informal votes, and in the- Senate 58,200. Nearlv eighty thousand votes have yet to be counted.—Press Assn.,
