THE CHAMPIONSHIP REGATTA. At a recent meeting of the Otago Rowing Association it was decided io hold the New Zealand championship regatta at Dunedin on Saturday, March 6 next. Tho following programme was drawn up, and will be submitted to the ■N.Z.A.R.A. for. approval Championship fours, champion pairs, champion sculls, champion double sculls, Exhibition fours (not open to winners of chainpion fours), junior fours, maiden fours, youths’ fours, maiden double sculls, and junior pairs. The order of events has yet to be arranged. Best-and-best boats will be used for the championship events, and the Exhibition fours and maiden clinker boats for the other races. In view of the attraction of the Exhibition it is anticipated that the forthcoming championship regatta will be one of the most successful ever held.
