About mid-day on Tuesday the front forks of a fiicycle on which two young men were both riding snapped, near the corner of Rugby Street and Adelaide Road. One of the riders, Leo Humphreys, who resides at 138 Tasman Street, received rather severe inluries to Jiis head, which necessitated his removal to the hospital. The other young man, besides receiving a few minor bruises and a shaking, escaped uninjured.
