VALUABLE BOOKS PRESENTED. Bt Telegraph—l’bess Association Auckland, Noyember 16. A notable collection of New Zealand books has been presented to Auckland University College 'by the Hon. G. Fowlds. Tho value is stated to be over .£lOOO. Mr. Fowlds, in intimating the gift to the College Council, said that ultimately his whole collection would go to the college.
