TUG FOR WANGANUI
ORDER PLACED FOR MODERN VESSEL. Bi Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, November 14. The Wanganui Harbour Board lias decided to place an order with the English firm of Vickers, Ltd., for a twinscrew steam salvage tug to cost £30,400. The vessel will be similar in profile to the U.S.S. Company’s ’ tug Terawhiti, and most modern in equipment. The building of the vessel will commence at price.
