AN INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTION
DECLARED TO BE IN PROGRESS ZINOVIEFF ON INFLUENCE OF ENGLISH UNIONS ‘ London, November 13. The "Daily Telegraph’s” Riga correspondent says that M. Zinovieff in an article in the Soviet Press, in commemoration of the Soviet annlversarry, declares that an international revolution is in progress. Anyone doubting need onlv look to events in China, Morocco, and Syria, and the growing revolutionary character of the English Labour movement. He admits that the revolution’s progress is slower than he hoped, but he adds "Our understanding with the professional unions in England has enormously increased the influence of the revolution.” —Aus.-N.Z.
