The many friends made by Messrs. I'. J.' Pinny, Ltd., during the course of the firm's thirty-six years' trading in pianos and other musical instruments will be interested to learn, that the sale of the property at 89 Willis Street will not aCeet the continuity of the business. At the expiration of the existing lease, which has still a considerable period to run, new premises will bo secured and the business continued in all the famous makes of musical instruments for which the firm is representative. Any impression gained from the terms of the an# nouncement of the sale of the property that the closing of this old-established business is involved is quite incorrect.
