LIBERAL MINISTRY FORMED.

St. John's (Newfoundland), May 10. Mr. Albert Hickman, leader of the Liberals, has formed a. Ministry to succeed the Warren. Cabinet, who has resigned. The majority of the Executive Council who served with Sir Squires are identified with Mr. Hickman. The main feature of the Liberal programme appears to be to clean up the conditions disclosed by the Walker inquiry. The new Ministry was installed at noon to-day, immediately met, and fixed June 2 as the date of the general eleition of members of the House of Is.-iembly.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
