ALLEGED INDECENCY

Three charges of indecent exposure were preferred against ft young man, Dominick O’Clonnor (represented, by Mr. 0. C. Mazengarb) in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice 'Chapman and a. jury of twelve yesterday. The acts were alleged to have been committed at Miramar in the presence of school-boys. The jury retired at 5.15 p.m. and upon their return at 9.40 pin it was announced that they had disagreed. A new trial was ordered for Monday.
