MATTER REFERRED TO SUPREME COURT. .
“That the question raised by the Roseueath and Higher Levels’ Residents’ Association with respect to improved access to Roseueath bo referred to tho Supremo Court for settlement” was a recommendation made to tho City Council by tho Power Stations and Tramways Committee last night. Tho Mayor explained that it had been doomed advisable to get a ruling from the Supreme Court on the legal aspect so that there could be no trouble later. The recommendation was adopted.
