A circular was received by the Farmers’ Union Executive from the Christchurch Technical College inquiring whether th© union would co-operate in a request to the Minister of Education to have the constitution of the New Zealand University Senate and of the University College Councils altered so as to allow fuller representation for agriculture and th© industries- It was agreed that there should bo an alteration, and the union decided to co-oper-ate.
