TWO SUBSTANTIAL FINES By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, April 28. Tn tho Magistrate’s Court this morning John Albert Lc Bas and Thomas Cato Paterson pleaded guilty to charges of street betting and were fined £4O and £5O respectively.
