A motor-car service has been established to convey letter-mails to the Monawatu, Wairarapa, Hawke's Bay, and Taranaki Districts, such mails closing daily at It n.m. For the same districts papers, parcels, etc, will be dispatched bv motor lorry daily. For Auckland and Waikato districts, etc, letter-mails close at 11 n.m. each Monday. Wednesday, and Friday. Papers and parcels will be dispatched at every available opportunity. Mails for the South Island are beindispatched from Wellington daily as usual where the arrangements for forward dispatch are similar to the above.
