Tho Anglo-Soviet Conference established committees: Firstly, to investigate the debts claims and counterclaims as a means of restoring Russian credit in Britain; secondly, to draft a treaty of commerce and navigation: thirdly, to examine and report upon tne question of territorial waters. The conference adjourned until the committees are ready to report.— Reuter.
