The AAteffington. City Council are floating an attractive loan of £59,000 at 5i per cent, for a term of 10 years repayable in 1934. The interest and principal are free of exchange in New Zealand. The debentures are for £lOO each. A sinking fund of 1 per cent, will be established in connection with the loan. The loan and the interest and pinking fund are secured by a special rate of 7-100ths of a penny in tlie £ on the unimproved value of the City of AVellington.
