No doubt, the owner of a large estate does not lack advice, direct or indirect, regarding the disposal of his property by his will. But how much of the advice is really expert, how much of -*t is disinterested 0 One of the reasons why some owners of large estates have died without making a will is because their minds wavered in the cross-currents of advice, and the task was continually deferred. It is one of the functions of the Public Trust Office to give the right, friendly advice in such circumstances. Half a century's experience well qualifies this State-guaranteed Office to help a business man to make his will in a manner which will best suit the needs of his various dependants.
