FRANCE NO INTENTION OF INTERFERING POINCARE REPLIES TO TCHITCHERIN (Rec. April 24, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, April 23. M. Poincare has replied to M. Tchitcherin, the Soviet Foreign Minister. saying that the French Government. in transmitting to the Sbviet Government a petition of French savants asking clemency for their Russian comrades, did not intend to interfere with Russian internal affairs. M. Poincare adds: “Tlie Soviet Government is perfectly free to disregard the considerations of humanity.” The French Premier denies the allegation that those condemned at Kieff collaborated with the Secret Service of France. —Reuter. ,
