A slight outbreak of fire occurred in Laing’s Road, Lower Hutt, yesterday afternoon at about 4.30. Smoke •'as seen issuing from a house owned by Mrs. Mace, and occupied by Mr. w. Collins. On investigation it was found that one of the walls of tho kitchen was in flames. A few buckets of waler were sufficient to extinguish the blaze before any reil damage was done. Tho'Secretary, General Post Office, has received advice that legal time m Gibraltar has been put forward 69 minutes until Otcober 4 next.
