RUMANIAN COMMUNISTS
CHARGED WITH HIGH TREASON.

According to reports from Czernowitz sev’eral hundred Rumanian Communists have been arrested and charged with high treason in propagating Bolshevik doctrines. Most of the prisoners are hunger-striking. —Sydney “Sun” Cable.
