4 WARRANTS FOR ARREST OF FORMER MINISTERS (Rec. April 23, 8.5 p.m.) St. Johns (Newfoundland), April 22. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Sir Richard Squires, former Premier, Dr. Alexander Campbell, former Minister of Agriculture, and J T. Massey, former Controller of Liquor. Bail was accepted. —Reuter. (Reo. April 23, 9.20 p.m.) St. Johns (Newfoundland), April 22. The action of the Minister of Justice follows the findings of the Royal Commissioner, Mr. T. Hollis Walker. Campbell is adjudged guilty of using public funds for personal expenses. Squires and Meaney are declared to have misappropriated funds of tho Department of the Controller. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
