THOUSANDS OF NOBLES LOSE THEIR STATUS.

The Government has issued a decree defining the legal titles of the nobility, causing two hundred thousand nobles to lose their status, including sixty thousand dukes, counts, marquises and barons the Vatican has created since 1870, and thousands possessing titles dating to the Middle Ages and lacking documentary evidence. —-Sydney “Sun” Cable.
