Riddell, S.M- -rnv vj For insobriety, Peter Charles Ellis Edward Ronberg, and John Alexander Mitchell McLeod (second offenders) were each fined 10s., in default 24 hours imprisonment. On charges of drunkenness and committing a breach of his prohibition order John O’Brien Cotter was fined .£2 with the alternative of going to gaol for seven days, and was ordered to pay expenses amounting to 17s. 6d. Two young seafarers, Henry Hamilton Ford and Randall Livingstone Smith, who had used threatening behavttour, were each fined £2, with the of seven days’ imprisonment. Smiilar y charged, John Hugh Curry and Edgar Spratt were each fined £1 Ms., in default seven days’ imprisonment On a charge of soliciting prostitution, Ruby Dalton, altos Ruth Chalmers, was remanded until this morning.
