Prospects of the settlement of the Sydney coke strike are goqcl. The executive of the Miners’ Federation is now prepared to recommend the resumption of work at all coke works as soon as a satisfactory arrangement can be made. It is stated that meetings will be held to-day with a view to the resumption of work to-morrow.
