SOUTH ISLAND ASSOCIATION MEETING (BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS Association.) Blenheim, April 19The second annual meeting of tho South Island Rifle Association was opened at Aternon Rango to-day. The entries total over 80. Shooting conditions at the commencement were almost ideal ; the light was a little tricky but this did not seriously affect tho competitors at the short ranges.
