OFFENDER DEPRIVED OF CIVIL RIGHTS By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, March 19. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Harlan William Joseph Patchett was deprived of civil rights for ten years for failing to attend drill. Patchett had been previously fined.
